The morning’s (23.6.19) Parkrun – low in numbers but high in spirits. The “dacha season” is now well underway, clogging Moscow’s exit roads every Friday as Muscovites migrate en masse to their dachas, their country houses. Repeat performance – in reverse – every Sunday evening.
There was however a very pleasant diverse feeling to the proceedings this morning. Because of the World Cup we were joined by a few English runners and the mother and daughter on the right were from Australia. The dog’s Russian though – and an avid Moscow Spartak fan.
Вот, только немного ребят сегодня утром на паркране, благодаря дачному сезону! Да, все сейчас уже на дачах. Всё-таки, атмосфера как и всегда была конечно очень же приятной. Приехали к нам, из-за чемпионата, заморские гости, в том числе и несколько земляков моих. И парочка на право, мама и дочка, приехали с своей сборной командой из Австралии. Однако пёсик есть стопроцентный, чистый русский да и фанат Спартака))
